You may cancel any recurring service (hosting, managed hosting, etc.) at any time through your billing portal or by contacting support.
Login to your client area at billing.veeradigital.in or send an email to veeradigitalsolutions@gmail.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the next billing cycle.
Upon cancellation, your services will be suspended at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made. Data may be retained for 30 days unless you request immediate deletion.
For annual plans, early termination may incur a fee equal to 20% of the remaining value. Please refer to your contract for details.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Generally, unused portions of prepaid hosting may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 7 days of the start date.
